You deserve to flourish and thrive - not just at work, but in all aspects of your life.

Join The Cosmos in Upstate New York for a transformative 3-Day Weekend Retreat that fosters what past attendees have called "Effortless Sisterhood".  You'll learn how to overcome blockers, embrace your multidimensional identity, and live on your own terms. Together, we'll explore personal and professional growth without any compromises. That's our definition of wellness.

Best of all, you're not alone - we'll flourish side by side, in a culturally-informed context, with new lifelong friends that will support you over the weekend and beyond.

Why attend?
Hear from our community

"I think I speak for more than myself, but I had felt such a loneliness and alienation for not having people in my life to have conversations as candid as we did. It's such a relief not to feel that way anymore because I feel like I suddenly have sisters I had never before."

Bessie C.

Product Manager

Seattle 2018 retreat

"It was powerful to be surrounded by a group of such resilient, like-minded Asian American women from across the country who could so deeply relate to each other’s journeys. Beyond shared experiences, we became united in our commitment to overcome our histories and barriers to achieve holistic health, success and joy. The best part is the community and sisterhood continues after the retreat."

Jennifer X.

INVESTOR & TECH ECOSYSTEM BUILDER

Seattle 2018 retreat

"The retreat was the first time I met a group of ambitious, open, empowering women all in the same room. Everyone was open and vulnerable which was so beautiful to witness. Cassandra and Karen have an incredible empathic ability to put soul into their events and I'm so grateful to have been part of the first one."

Andrea M.

Founder of IN BUSINESS AND LIFE

seattle 2018 retreat

"The community I felt at The Cosmos' inaugural retreat was on a whole new level — a level I didn’t even know existed until that weekend. I was able to instantly identify with the personal stories of 19 strangers, realizing that their stories are also my stories. Now I'm part of an effortless sisterhood of Asian American women who are committed to helping each other thrive."

Katerina J.

Co-Founder of SLANT'D

SEATTLE 2018 RETREAT

"This weekend proved to me how necessary it is for groups of Asian American women to band together and share their experiences and stories. Karen & Cass delivered on the promise of a soul nourishing weekend full of growth and powerful sisterhood. I am so excited to be part of this community, The Cosmos, and can't wait to take all my power harnessed this weekend and continue to shape the world I live in! I feel empowered to give more."

Anonymous Attendee

Los Angeles 2018 Retreat

"Karen and Cass are the most thoughtful, passionate, and inspirational individuals that I've ever met. They've created a space that most people only dream of and I've been so blessed to stumble on this community. I've always been inspired by their energies and I'm so excited to see what comes of the Cosmos and the journeys we all take!"

The Experience

Not your average retreat

Our programming fosters what past attendees call "Effortless Sisterhood" - you will meet new lifelong friends and learn from different perspectives. We'll celebrate each woman's personal journey while fostering a true sense of community for Asian women.

If you're expecting meals cooked by a private chef or an entire bedroom to yourself, this is likely not for you. To cultivate the meaningful connections we care about, our retreats are designed differently from start to finish.
